Exchange and return is possible for goods purchased in the LASСAVA store

Return / exchange of products is possible within 14 days after receiving the order, on condition:

  • the product has not been used
  • trade dress preserved (there are no stains, hooks, creases, dents, the smell of perfume, deodorants)
  • if the integrity of labels, tags, original packaging is preserved*

* If the packaging is damaged, then for the possibility of an exchange, you will need to pay an additional 20% of the order amount (or deducted from the refund amount). Therefore, please be careful when unpacking the product. If the label or tag has been removed, cut off, torn off, then the goods cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange / return of panties and hosiery is possible in case of factory defects or incorrect ordering.

Return / exchange procedure

  1. Within 14 days after receiving the order, inform the reason for the exchange / return by e-mail: info@lascava.com. Wait for manager's confirmation.
  2. Carefully pack the goods in a complete set with tags and original packaging so that the goods are not damaged during transportation.
  3. Send the goods back to the address provided by the manager.
  4. The exchange of unsuitable goods occurs at the expense of the buyer in both directions.
  5. Tell us the track-number by e-mail:
  6. We will ship the exchange order within 7 days of receiving your package.
  7. Refunds are made within 7 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to the card with which the payment was made.
