The Obsessive Gifty Red corset laces up the back and carries its biggest bows low, one on each front suspender strap, where they sit over the tops of the thighs. Above them a sheer, shiny red torso with underwired cups runs from a V of crossing straps at the neckline down to a curved hem that leaves the lower stomach bare. A matching crotchless thong comes with it. Stockings are not included.
What comes in the set
Two pieces: the corset and the crotchless thong. They come in one combined size and cannot be split. The composition is 95% polyester and 5% elastane, and the product contains no nickel. Both arrive together in the original Obsessive box.
The corset
The cups are underwired and mostly semi-transparent shimmering mesh. Only the outer sides are lightly lined, and that lining is placed to bring the bust slightly toward the centre. A small satin bow sits at the centre front under two thin straps that cross in a V. Below the cups the torso is shiny transparent red with vertical seams bound in red. At the front the hem is cut in an arch between the suspender straps, so the lower stomach is left bare. The shoulder straps adjust through sliders.
The lacing and the back
The lacing down the centre back is the only closure. It is threaded through small loops between two satin-faced strips and tied at the bottom. The lacing lets you set the fit once the size is chosen. Below the lacing the back is cut away in an arch, leaving the lower back bare.
Built-in suspender straps
Four suspender straps hang from the hem, two at the front and two at the back. They are sewn on and do not detach, and each has a gold-toned slider for length and a clip at the end. A large satin bow sits on each of the two front straps.
The thong
The thong is in the same shiny transparent red, with thin straps at the hips. The crotch is open, with two thin straps running to the back, and the back is a string.
Choosing a size
Corset and thong are supplied in the same set size. Compare bust, underbust, waist and hips with the Obsessive size chart when choosing, rather than going by dress size.
Care
Hand wash at 20 to 30 °C with a mild detergent, or in a wash bag on a delicate programme. No bleach. Press the water out, dry flat away from sun and radiators, and do not tumble dry.

How does the corset close?
With lacing at the centre back, which also adjusts the fit.
Does the corset have boning?
No. The vertical lines on the torso are bound seams, not boning. The cups are underwired.
Are stockings included?
No. The set is the corset and the thong. The four suspender straps are there for stockings of your choice.
Is the thong open?
Yes. The crotch is open and the back is a string.
