Exchange and Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange most items purchased from Lascava. For hygiene reasons, some intimate items cannot be returned. The full conditions, the list of non-returnable items, and the return process are below.

Return window

The 14-day window starts on the day your parcel is delivered, not the day it ships. You must contact us within this window to initiate a return or exchange. After 14 days, we cannot accept items back.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, an item must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and unused. No signs of wear, no stains, no creases on the cups, no marks from clasps or straps.
  • No odors. Free of perfume, deodorant, body lotion, smoke, or any other scent.
  • Tags and labels intact. Original tags must be attached and undamaged. Items with cut, removed, or damaged tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original packaging. The product must be returned in its original packaging in undamaged condition.

Damaged packaging: If the original packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for the exchange.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped — unless they arrive defective or the wrong item was sent:

  • Panties of any type — bikini, brazilian, brief, thong, high-waisted, hipster, boyshort, cheeky, cotton, lace panties, and period panties
  • Shapewear bottoms — body-shaping briefs, control briefs, control shorts, and similar bottom-shaping garments
  • Bodysuits, teddies, and bodystockings — any one-piece garment with a crotch panel or that contacts the intimate area
  • Crotchless lingerie and crotchless panties
  • Lingerie sets and garter belt sets that include panties or a thong — the set is non-returnable as a whole, even if only the bra was tried on
  • Babydolls and chemises sold with matching panties or a thong — the same rule applies; the entire set is non-returnable
  • Adhesive products — nipple covers, silicone bras, adhesive bras, and similar

These exclusions apply even when tags are intact and the item appears unworn. The restriction exists solely for hygiene and is consistent with EU consumer protection rules permitting traders to refuse withdrawal of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Hosiery, stockings, and standalone garter belts

Hosiery, stockings, and standalone garter belts can be returned, but only if the original sealed packaging — including any cardboard insert — is intact and unopened. Once the packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Defective items and shipping errors

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong product, the hygiene exclusions above do not apply. Email info@lascava.com within 14 days with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — and we cover all shipping costs in both directions.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email us within 14 days at info@lascava.com. Include your order number and the reason for return or exchange. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team before sending anything back.
  2. Repackage the item carefully. Include all original tags, labels, and packaging. Use protective outer packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Send the parcel to the return address provided in our confirmation email. Do not send to any other address — parcels sent elsewhere may not reach us.
  4. Wait for processing. Once we receive your parcel and verify its condition, we will process your return.

Size exchanges follow the same process. Email us with your order number and the size you need instead, return the original item in its unworn condition with tags and original packaging intact, and we will send the new size once we receive and verify your return. You cover return and reshipping costs. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds and exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your return.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 days of us receiving your return. For exchanges, you cover return and reshipping costs in both directions.
  • Defective items and shipping errors — we cover all shipping costs in both directions and process the refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.
