Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LASCAVA. If you're not, we're happy to offer an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below:

Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may exchange or return items purchased in the LASCAVA store within 14 days if:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The original condition is maintained (no stains, hooks, creases, dents, or any perfume/deodorant odors).
  • The integrity of labels, tags, and original packaging is intact.

Important: If the original packaging is damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for the exchange. Please handle the packaging carefully. Products with removed, cut, or damaged tags and labels cannot be exchanged or returned.

Special Conditions for Panties and Hosiery

For hygienic reasons, panties, hosiery, and similar items can only be exchanged or returned if there is a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was shipped.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@lascava.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team.
  2. Carefully repackage the item, ensuring all original tags, labels, and packaging are included, to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Send the product back to the return address provided by our customer service.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will process:
    • Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions. The exchange will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.
