Size Guide
Polish lingerie brands size bras in centimeters, with bands from 65 to 115 and cups from A to M. This guide turns what you already know — a US size, a UK size, or two tape measurements — into that system, and shows the manufacturer charts behind the math.
The UK option follows the same convention as the A Bra That Fits calculator — an ABTF result like 34FF can be entered here as it is. US letters past DDD vary by brand: if your label says E or F, pick DD (E) or DDD (F).
Manufacturer charts assume these two readings measured this way. Write both numbers down and enter them in the tape calculator.
How US and UK bra sizes convert to European
Band numbers convert cleanly: US or UK 30 is EU 65, and every band step of 2 adds 5 on the EU scale. Cup letters match through D. Past D the systems part ways — the US keeps counting with DD and DDD before returning to single letters, while the UK doubles letters along the way, so a UK FF and a US H both land on a European H. The maps below are the official conversions published by Mediolano and Mefemi.
| EU band | 65 | 70 | 75 | 80 | 85 | 90 | 95 | 100 | 105 | 110 | 115 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| US / UK band | 30 | 32 | 34 | 36 | 38 | 40 | 42 | 44 | 46 | 48 | 50 |
| FR band | 80 | 85 | 90 | 95 | 100 | 105 | 110 | 115 | 120 | 125 | 130 |
| EU cup | A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | I | J | K | L | M |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| UK cup | A | B | C | D | DD | E | F | FF | G | GG | H | HH | — |
| US cup | A | B | C | D | DD | DDD | G | H | I | J | — | — | — |
European cups above L and US cups above J have no agreed letter equivalent — for those sizes, measuring is the reliable route.
The Polish bra size chart in centimeters
Gorsenia, Mediolano, Mefemi and Ysabel Mora define sizes on one measurement grid: each band covers a 5 cm range of underbust values, and each cup step adds 2 cm of bust circumference. Find your underbust row first, then read across to the range that contains your bust measurement.

This chart describes how the sizes are defined, not what is on the shelf. Published ranges also differ by brand: Gorsenia’s chart spans the full grid, Mefemi publishes bands 65–110 with cups A–K, Mediolano trims the corners — its cup A ends after band 85 and its deepest cups appear around bands 75–80 — and Ysabel Mora publishes a compact window of bands 65–110 with cups B–F. The size filter in the bras catalog shows what is in stock right now.

Sister sizes
Sizes that sit one step apart diagonally hold a similar cup volume: 70G, 75F and 80E are one family. Sister sizes answer a band problem while the cup volume is right — if a bra fits in the cup but grips the ribcage, the neighbor with the larger band and the smaller cup letter is the next thing to try. The calculator lists both neighbors with every result, and the try-on notes below cover the other directions.
Reading the first try-on
A well-sized bra sits level around the body, fastens comfortably on the loosest hook while new, and carries the weight in the band rather than the straps. When something is off, the symptom points at the fix.
The band rides up in the back — it is too loose, so move toward the sister size with the smaller band. The band grips while the cups sit well — sister size with the larger band. The breast spills over the edge or presses out at the sides — larger cup on the same band. The cup wrinkles or gapes at the top — smaller cup on the same band, or a different cut. The center panel stands away from the breastbone in a wired style — usually a cup-depth question, so try the larger cup before changing the band.
Panty sizes by hip measurement
Panties across our brands are sized by hip circumference, and each brand cuts its ranges differently — the same 104 cm hip is an XL at Gorsenia and still an L at Mefemi. Measure around the fullest part of the hips and check your brand below, or let the converter do it.

Brands sized in letters
Two of our brands step outside the band-and-cup system. Sloggi bras carry letter sizes, and the two Zero Feel lines map band and cup to letters differently — a 34C is an M in Zero Feel 2.0 and an S in the original Zero Feel, so check the line before choosing. Obsessive sizes its lingerie in dual letter sizes built on four body measurements.

Where to go from here
With a starting size and its two sisters written down, the rest is browsing: the bras catalog filters by size, and matching panties follow the hip tables above. If a delivered bra misses on one of the try-on signs, the symptom map above points at the exchange to make.
