Lascava has operated as an online lingerie retailer since 2013, expanding to international shipping in recent years. This page outlines how we protect your purchase from order to delivery — covering authenticity, payment security, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Authentic products from European brands
Lascava is a multi-brand store specializing in European lingerie. We source directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. For Mediolano, we are an official distributor.
Every product you receive arrives in its original brand packaging with original labels, tags, and care instructions intact. If anything about your order looks inconsistent with the brand's official packaging, contact us at info@lascava.com and we will investigate immediately.
Secure payment processing
All payments on Lascava are processed through WayForPay, a PCI DSS certified payment provider. Your card details are encrypted in transit and are never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
The entire site operates over HTTPS with SSL encryption, including checkout, account pages, and any form where you submit personal information.
Privacy and data protection
Lascava operates from Poland and complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data needed to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Order accuracy guarantee
The product you receive will match what is shown on the product page — the same brand, model, color, and size you selected at checkout. If you receive a wrong item, a different size, or a different color than ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will:
- Send the correct item at our cost, or
- Issue a full refund including the original shipping cost
You will not be asked to cover return shipping when the error is on our side.
Manufacturing defects
Every brand we stock provides a manufacturing quality guarantee. If you receive an item with a defect — broken stitching, missing components, faulty closures, or any flaw not visible in the product photos — we cover the full resolution: replacement, exchange, or refund, with shipping in both directions paid by us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Lost or undelivered parcels
Every Lascava order is shipped with a tracking number. If your parcel does not arrive within the standard delivery window, we work directly with the carrier to locate it before issuing any resolution. Our approach depends on the shipping method:
- FedEx (United States): If your parcel is not delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we issue a full refund or send a replacement at our cost — your choice.
- Global Express (Europe and rest of world): International shipping occasionally experiences customs holds that extend delivery to 40-50 days. We open an inquiry with the carrier and keep you updated. Once the carrier confirms the parcel cannot be located, we issue a full refund or send a replacement at our cost.
In over a decade of shipping, we have lost only a handful of parcels. The vast majority of "missing" parcels are eventually located and delivered.
Dispute resolution
If you have a concern about your order, your first step is to contact us at info@lascava.com. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days and resolve most issues within 7 days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, your rights as a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and most other jurisdictions remain fully protected by local consumer protection laws. We encourage you to escalate through your bank or payment provider only after we have had a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Your consumer rights
This Buyer Protection Policy is in addition to — not in place of — the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country. For European Union customers, this includes the rights granted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those statutory rights.
