Shipping Policy

Lascava ships worldwide from Poland. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no customs duties, import taxes, or surprise fees on delivery. Every parcel includes tracking and a delivery contact for your local courier.

Order processing time

We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, December holiday season, major sales), processing may take up to one additional business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping cost depends on destination and parcel weight. Final cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery times start from the day of dispatch, not the day of order.

All prices are in USD. Equivalents in EUR and GBP are calculated automatically at checkout based on current exchange rates.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, or to regions affected by active armed conflict. If you cannot complete checkout for your country, we likely cannot deliver there at this time.

Shipping methods

We use two carriers depending on your destination:

  • Global Express — for Europe and all destinations outside the United States. Includes a tracking number, signature on delivery in most countries, and a contact phone number passed to your local courier so they can reach you for delivery confirmation.
  • FedEx — for all orders to the United States. Includes full tracking and door-to-door delivery.

Important: A valid mobile phone number is required at checkout for all destinations. Your local courier may need to contact you to confirm the delivery address or arrange a delivery slot. Orders without a valid phone number may experience delays.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Tracking activates within 24-48 hours of dispatch — please allow this time for the carrier system to register the parcel.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

You will not be charged any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price you pay — including all shipping costs and applicable taxes.

This applies to all destinations we ship to, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. If a courier ever requests payment from you on delivery, contact us immediately at info@lascava.com and we will resolve it.

Delays and disruptions

While we deliver within the timeframes above for the vast majority of orders, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Customs inspections in the destination country
  • Severe weather or natural events affecting transport
  • Local courier capacity during peak shopping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Failed deliveries and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed pickup, or a refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs depend on the carrier and destination and will be communicated before we send the parcel again.
