  • Google Analytics — Google LLC may transfer pseudonymised usage data to servers in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection; Standard Contractual Clauses apply as an additional safeguard

10. Cookies

11. Children's privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact info@lascava.com.

12. Newsletter and marketing

You can subscribe to our newsletter using the form in the website footer or in your account settings. Subscribing is entirely voluntary and separate from placing an order — you can buy from Lascava without subscribing, and subscribing does not create a customer account.

We process only your email address for this purpose, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use it to send news about our range, restocks, and offers. We do not send marketing messages to customers who have not subscribed, and we never pass subscriber addresses to third parties.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, through your account settings, or by writing to info@lascava.com. Once you unsubscribe, we delete your address from the mailing list.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we process your data, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the website.
