The Gorsenia Alicante K647 is a black underwired semi-padded bra with eyelash lace across the upper cups, made in bands 65 to 115 and cups B to K, so it covers busts from small to large. Soft foam sits only in the lower part of each cup.
How the cup is built
Each cup is cut in three pieces. The lower part holds a thin, soft foam covered with elastic tulle and lined with cotton on the inside, there to support the bust and gather it in from the sides towards the centre. Above it, the upper cup is tulle with eyelash lace stitched over it, and carries no padding. The aim of the cut is a rounded shape and a clear neckline. Overall, the bra is 71% polyamide, 21% cotton and 8% elastane.
Centre, band and straps
The centre gore is made of two layers of stable tulle with lace, and it is shaped to sit against the breastbone. The sides are heavyweight lycra that resists stretching, with a semi-sheer mesh structure and side bones in every size, and the back closes with two or three rows of hooks depending on size, with three positions. The straps are thin foam faced with lace, adjustable but not detachable, made in 14, 18 or 22 mm widths and set out towards the sides to help draw the bust inwards.
Under clothing
Satin piping over the cup seams, eyelash lace and the lace on the straps give the bra a decorative surface, which can show through thin, close-fitting tops. Black is the easy choice under dark clothing.
Sizing

Who the Alicante K647 suits
Best for: a wide range of sizes, from cup B to cup K; anyone who wants support in the lower cup with lace and no padding above; lingerie with visible detail under darker clothes.
Not ideal for: a fully padded or moulded cup; a perfectly smooth layer under thin pale tops; removable straps.

How to wash the Alicante K647
Hook it shut first. Water at 30 to 40 °C and a mild detergent by hand, or the machine's delicate programme with the bra in a laundry bag, both suit it. Leave out bleach, the iron, dry cleaning and the tumble dryer.

Is the Alicante K647 padded all over?
No. Only the lower part of each cup has thin, soft foam. The upper cup is tulle and lace without padding.
