The Gorsenia Nela K973 is a wireless soft bra in navy with a fine ribbed texture, made for small, medium and large busts. It holds the bust with four-piece cups rather than wires, and the seams inside are lined with soft cotton.

No wires, four pieces

The four-piece cups have no underwires, and the shape comes from the way those four pieces are cut. Flexible bones run down the sides of the band. Inside, the cup seams are covered with soft cotton, so the seam itself does not sit against the skin.

Wide, cotton-lined straps

The straps are wide and lined with cotton on the inside, and Gorsenia's stated purpose for them is to take some load off the spine. They adjust along half of their length. At the back it fastens with three hooks and three steps of band adjustment.

Fabric

The fabric is 71% polyamide, 21% cotton and 8% elastane. It is opaque throughout, with a fine ribbed texture across the whole surface.

Under clothing

With no sheer panels and no lace, there is nothing see-through on the cup. What can show is texture: the four cup seams and the ribbing itself may come through a thin or close-fitting top, so this one is easiest to wear under darker or heavier fabrics.

Washing the Nela K973

Hand wash in water up to 40 °C with a mild detergent, hooks closed, or run it through the machine on the delicate programme inside a wash bag. Keep it away from bleach, the iron, dry cleaning and the tumble dryer, and dry flat or on a line.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Nela K973 have any boning?

Not under the cups. There are no underwires there at all. The only bones are the flexible ones at the sides of the band.
