The back is where the Obsessive Deina More bodysuit does its work, cut open across the middle between the shoulder band and the lace panel below it. From the front it reads as lace over semi-transparent mesh, with soft underwired cups and narrow lace bands crossing at the waist. It fastens at the back in three positions and again at the crotch. Black throughout, in two paired sizes.
The back and the cut-out
A band runs straight across the upper back, and below it the lace panel starts again, with bare skin between the two. The edges of that opening are finished in lace rather than plain elastic. The back closes on a fastening two hooks wide, with three positions. The straps run through sliders.
The cups and the front panel
The cups are soft, built from lace and mesh over underwires, with nothing lining them. Below the bust the mesh is left plain and two narrow lace bands cross it at the waist. Lower down the lace picks up again in two wide panels with a mesh centre, the leg line is cut high enough to leave the hip bare, and the crotch fastens on three hooks with two positions.
What it is made of
90% polyamide, 10% elastane, black throughout. It is built from lace panels and semi-transparent mesh, so the covered parts are covered by pattern rather than by fabric, and the plain mesh sections read as sheer wherever they fall.
Size and how a one-piece sits
Two paired sizes, S/M and L/XL. Compare bust, underbust, waist and hips against the Obsessive size chart rather than going by dress size. Torso length matters on a one-piece as well, and the chart does not cover it.
Washing it
Hand wash at 20 to 30 °C with a mild detergent. The machine is possible on a delicate programme with a wash bag. Nothing bleached, nothing wrung out, nothing tumble dried. Dry it flat, away from the sun and off the radiator.
