The Obsessive Deina More robe is cut from mesh you can see straight through, and it moves at every step in a way fitted lingerie never does. Lace runs along the deep neckline, the short sleeves and the hem. A narrow satin ribbon at the waist is the only fastening, so the front stays as open as you tie it. No briefs come with it.
What transparent means here
This one is transparent rather than semi-sheer, and the back and the sleeves are transparent along with the front. Whatever goes underneath is visible in full, and where nothing goes underneath, so is skin. The lace borders are the denser areas, and even those are open-pattern work.
The cut and the lace
The body is loose and unstructured, cut wide enough to fall away from the waist once the ribbon is tied. The lace border at the hem is deeper than the ones at the neckline and the sleeves, and it adds visual length to a short garment. Short sleeves finished in the same lace keep it closer to a robe than to a wrap.
Choosing your size
S/M and L/XL, using the brand's paired brackets for bust, underbust, waist and hips. Because the waist is a ribbon and not a fixed band, width is the part you can still change after it arrives. Shoulder width and length are not adjustable, so those are what to weigh if you fall between the two sizes.
Looking after the mesh
Hand wash at 20 to 30 °C with a mild detergent. A wash bag on a delicate programme works if you would rather use the machine. Skip bleach, press the water out without wringing, and dry it flat away from direct sun and radiators. Nothing about it belongs in a tumble dryer. If it ever needs pressing, use the lowest iron setting, inside out.
