The Gorsenia Sanremo K148 is an open-bust shaping bodysuit, cut to start below the bust with no cups of its own. That is the whole idea of it: you choose the bra, and the body takes care of everything from the bust line down to the hips.
How it works with your bra
The front is cut straight across under the bust and the narrow straps go over the shoulders, so the bra goes on over the top. How the two sit together depends on your bra, since the upper edge runs right under the bust line. Nothing about the fit depends on cup size, which is why this one is sized S to 4XL rather than by band and cup.
The fabric that shapes
The body is made from a firm, elastic lycra-type knit, and Gorsenia's stated purpose for it is to smooth out unwanted bulges from the hip line up to the bust. An extra layer of mesh reinforces the front panel for more hold across the stomach. The edges themselves are finished without seams.
Straps and closure
The straps adjust and stay attached, and their width changes with the size. At the crotch there is a three-row hook fastening with three positions of adjustment.
Under clothing
Beige is the quieter choice under a pale or light dress when the shade is close to your skin tone. The seam-free edges are there to cut down on visible lines, though the upper edge under the bust and the straps can still show under something very thin or very close-cut. Composition is 90% polyamide, 7% elastane and 3% polyester.

Washing the Sanremo K148
By hand at 40 °C, or in a wash bag on a delicate machine cycle. No bleach, no ironing, no dry cleaning and no tumble drying. Dry it flat.
Frequently asked questions
Why is it sized S to 4XL and not by cup size?
Because it does not cover the bust, the fit is set by the torso and hips rather than by band and cup.
