The Gorsenia Sanremo K148 in black is an open-bust shaping bodysuit made to be worn with your own bra. It has no cups at all, and that is deliberate: everything from the underbust line down to the hips is the bodysuit's job.
Why there are no cups
The upper edge runs straight across beneath the bust, with thin straps carrying it over the shoulders, and your bra goes on above it. How the two meet depends on the bra you pick, since that edge sits right on the underbust line. The bodysuit itself is sized by torso and hips rather than by cup, which is why it runs S to 4XL.
What gives the hold
A firm elastic knit of the lycra type does the work, and Gorsenia's stated aim for it is to smooth the line between the hips and the bust. Across the front sits a second layer of mesh, adding hold across the stomach. The edges are finished flat, without seams along them, though the body itself has construction seams like any shaping garment.
Fit and fastening
Strap width is not the same in every size, growing with the garment, and the straps adjust but stay sewn on. Underneath, a three-row hook fastening offers three positions.
Black under clothing
Black is the practical choice under a dark dress or anything close-cut, and the wrong one under white or anything sheer. The flat edges are meant to keep lines down, although the underbust edge and the straps can still register beneath a very thin or very tight garment. The knit is 90% polyamide, 7% elastane and 3% polyester.

Who the K148 suits
Best for: anyone who wants to shape the torso and keep wearing a bra that already fits; a close dark dress; anyone who has trouble finding bodysuits with cups that fit.
Not ideal for: anyone hoping for one garment that replaces the bra too; anyone who wants shaping so light it is barely noticeable.
Care
Hand washing at 40 °C suits it best, or a wash bag on the machine's delicate setting. Bleach, ironing, dry cleaning and tumble drying are out. Dry it flat.

Does the K148 work with an underwired bra?
It is built to be worn with a separate bra, underwired included, since the edge sits below the bust and the bra's own band rests above it. How well any particular bra sits with it still depends on that bra's own band and straps.
