Black Mesh Thong With Gold Chain Back Obsessive Lopelly

The Obsessive Lopelly thong looks like a plain mesh thong until the wearer turns round, and then the back is finished with a short series of geometric gold-toned links. Three linked metal pieces run down from the waistband into the string, with a wider gold-toned bar joining the straps above them. The front is a low triangle of semi-transparent black mesh with a V-shaped edge, and the side straps adjust through sliders on each hip.

Front, back and hardware

The front panel is semi-transparent mesh bound in black, with the top edge cut as a shallow V and a darker opaque section at the base of the panel. The waistband is thin elastic with a slider and a small gold-toned ring on each side, and a gold-toned logo plaque sits on the left edge of the panel. At the back the two waist straps meet a flat gold-toned connector at the centre, and from it three small linked plates step down into the string, which continues as narrow mesh between the buttocks. The chain is the only decoration on the piece and it sits over the small of the back. The metal is nickel-free.

Choose the Lopelly when you want a closed, low-cut thong with a metal detail at the back rather than lace or an open cut.

Made in L/XL and 2XL/3XL, with any further sizes shown on the size selector. Compare your waist and hip measurements with the Obsessive size chart rather than going by dress size, then use the sliders to set the fit around the hips.

Care

Hand wash at 20 to 30 °C with a mild detergent. In the machine, use a wash bag and a delicate programme. No bleach. Press the water out, dry flat away from sun and radiators, and skip the tumble dryer. It arrives in its original Obsessive box.
