Gold-toned chain runs through the Obsessive Matildea Black bodysuit in two places: short sections sit in both shoulder straps, and a longer length drops from the point of the lace panel under the bust to the front of the thong. The cups are an underwired frame of thin straps with no fabric over the bust. The crotch is open.
The top
Each cup is only a frame: the underwire channel below and narrow black straps around it, with the bust itself left uncovered. A ring joins the straps at the centre front, and below it a triangle of patterned black lace runs down the centre of the torso to a point. The shoulder straps have a short section of chain in each and adjust through sliders. At the back the band is two horizontal straps with vertical connecting straps between them, closing at the centre with three hooks on two positions.
Chain and thong
From the point of the lace a thin strap with a slider and a ring leads into a length of chain that runs down the stomach to a second ring at the front of the thong, where a small gold-toned logo plaque hangs. The thong front is a small panel of sheer black mesh. Two thin elastic straps run round each hip at different heights, joined to the front by small gold-toned rings. The crotch is open, with thin straps running to the back, and the back is a small mesh thong.
Choosing a size
The bodysuit is one piece. Compare bust, underbust, waist and hips with the Obsessive size chart rather than going by dress size. Torso length matters too and the chart does not cover it.
Care
Hand wash at 20 to 30 °C with a mild detergent, or in a wash bag on a delicate programme. No bleach. Press the water out, dry flat away from sun and radiators, and do not tumble dry. It arrives in its original Obsessive box.
